Policies and FAQ.
-Furniture typically arrives 1-3 weeks after placing an order. Watercraft takes 4-6 weeks. Locations within a 3 hour drive from Creston BC are eligible for the Local Delivery option at checkout. These include Grandforks, Nelson, Cranbrook, Invermere and Fernie, etc.
-If you wish to pay in person or via e-transfer, you can still place the order through the website. Simply use the promo code “banktransfer” to zero the balance owing and let us know how you’d like to pay instead.
-Returns on regular products are accepted within 10 business days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returns are not accepted for unique custom work or discounted products, not including percent sales. For further information on our return policy, please contact us.
-Solid pine/spruce is the standard building materials for furniture, cedar is standard for watercraft. Other woods are open for discussion.
-We offer colour matching to your existing furniture, however we do not have a guarantee on this service.
-Dimensions are always given in this order to avoid confusion. Side to side, back to front, top to bottom.
-We are always on the look out to improve the creation process and each piece is made by hand, therefore variations from the pictures in finish and colour might occur. The screen settings on your device may also add to colour variation.
-Bed frames: Slats are now included in the purchase price. The back of the headboard is not stained, unless the customer requests it. Beds assemble with a tool-free hook and latch system in about 15 minutes.
-Watercraft: There is a manually operated pressure vent on the paddle boards. It is essential that this vent is closed during operation. Failure to do so may cause the board to warp. Open the vent to release internal pressure when not in use. The tops of the boards are finished with a slight texture, making a slip resistant surface to stand on. All watercraft are finished with a marine grade varnish that will need to be reapplied every 5-10 years, depending on use. A fin is included, but the leash and paddle are not.
