Refund policy

Returns for built in-house furniture:

Damaged parts (IE, damaged during shipping) will be repaired or replaced up to 20 business days from the purchase date. Defective parts (IE, breaks under normal use) will be repaired or replaced up to one year from purchase date. If repair or replacement is deemed not practical, Central West will offer a refund based on the severity of the damage.

Returns will be accepted for all non-defective stock products up to 20 business days from date of arrival. Returns for all defective products will be accepted up to one year, provided repair is not possible. Buyer will generally be responsible for return shipment, though refund without return may be considered on a case by case basis, IE, damaged beyond repair during transit. Item is to be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If not, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. “As is” sales and discount sales are final and not eligible for refund.

 

Returns for everything else:

Returns will be accepted up to 20 business days from date of arrival. Buyer will be responsible for return shipment cost, with the exception of goods damaged in transit. Any additional warranty will be handled by the manufacturer.

 All return will require pictures.

Aggressive, degrading, crude, etc. behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in your claim being declined.
