Refund policy

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of arrival. Central West will arrange return shipment, therefore the refund is subject to a thirty five percent restock fee, though refund without return may be considered on a case by case basis. Item is to be returned in the same condition in which it was received or buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged parts (IE, damaged during shipping) will be repaired or replaced up to 30 days from date of arrival. Please accept the shipment so a full assessment can be made. Pictures showing damage to the product will be required. Defective parts (IE, breaks under normal use) will be repaired or replaced up to one year from purchase date. If this is deemed impractical, a refund based on the assessed damage will be offered.

“As is” sales and discount sales are final and not covered by this policy. Aggressive, degrading, crude, etc. behaviour will not be tolerated. Failure to abide by the conditions set in this policy will result in the claim being rejected. The damage self assessment form is freely available upon request.
