-Furniture typically arrives 2-4 weeks after placing an order. Watercraft takes 4-6 weeks. This is dependant on various factors and is not a guarantee.
-We take care of the taxes on this site. What you see in the listing is the price you pay.
-We are always on the look out to improve the creation process and each piece is made by hand, therefore variations from the pictures in finish and colour might occur. The screen settings on your device may also add to colour variation. In addition, though we strive to communicate all expectations for custom builds, we reserve the right to make executive decisions about build details without consultation.
-Bed frames: The back of the headboard is not stained, unless the customer requests it. Beds assemble in about 15 minutes.
-Watercraft: There is a manually operated pressure vent on the paddle boards. It is essential that this vent is closed during operation. Failure to do so may cause the board to warp. Open the vent to release internal pressure when not in use. The tops of the boards are finished with a slight texture, making a slip resistant surface to stand on. A fin is included, but the leash and paddle are not.
-All watercraft are finished with a marine grade varnish that will need to be reapplied every 5-10 years, depending on use.
-Damaged parts (IE, damaged during shipping) will be repaired or replaced up to 20 business days from the purchase date. Defective parts (IE, breaks under normal use) will be repaired or replaced up to one year from purchase date. If repair or replacement is deemed not practical, Central West will offer a partial refund based on the severity of the damage. Pictures will be required. Returns will be accepted for all non-defective stock products up to 20 business days from date of purchase. Custom work and discount sales are not included in this. Returns for all defective products will be accepted up to one year, provided repair is not possible. Buyer will generally be responsible for return shipment, though refund without return may be considered on a case by case basis. “As is” orders are final and not eligible for refund. Orders canceled by the buyer before being fulfilled will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Aggressive, degrading, crude, etc. behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your claim being declined.
